How We Got Here

Six years ago, our founder Chanida watched another generic conference unfold. Same format, same tired approach. That's when she decided events could do better.

Starting Small

Our first project was a 40-person team meeting in Sriracha. Nothing fancy. But we focused on making the content flow naturally and giving people space to actually talk. The client called us back three times that year.

Learning What Works

By 2021, we'd worked with tech companies, manufacturing firms, and retail groups. Each event taught us something new about timing, energy management, and reading a room. We threw out half our original playbook.

Where We Are Now

Today we handle everything from quarterly meetings to multi-day conferences. Our team has grown, but we still keep projects personal. Most of our 2025 calendar came from repeat clients who've worked with us before.

Real Experience Matters

Chanida spent five years managing corporate programs for a Bangkok hotel group before starting maxonflowtech. She's been through venue disasters, last-minute speaker cancellations, and equipment failures that would make most people quit.

Thaksin ran logistics for international conferences before joining us in 2020. He's the reason we've never missed a setup deadline, even when shipping delays hit or permits take longer than expected.

Our full team includes six planners, four logistics coordinators, and a network of trusted vendors we've built relationships with over years. When something goes sideways during an event, someone on our team has already handled it before.

We start every project with a real conversation about what you're trying to accomplish. Not what format you want, but what outcome matters. Sometimes that means talking a client out of an all-day session when half a day would work better.

During planning, you'll work directly with the person managing your event. No handoffs to junior staff. We keep you updated without flooding your inbox, and we're honest when timelines need adjusting.
